The Raspberry Pi 400 kit is a complete personal computer built into a compact keyboard, with everything you need in the box (minus a monitor or TV)! It’s ideal for learning to code using the Raspberry Pi OS desktop environment and can also be used for a wide range of other activities such as surfing the web, creating and editing documents, watching videos and more!

The Pi400 shares the same great performance as the Raspberry Pi 4 but with the 64-bit CPU clocked to a whopping 1.8GHz thanks to the large internal heatsink. This sits alongside 4GB RAM, dual-band wireless networking, dual-display output and 4K video playback.

The familiar 40-pin GPIO pins are located at the rear of the keyboard for wiring up electronics projects, alongside two USB 3.0 ports and a USB 2.0 port. There's even an on/off power option via the F10 key (for full power disconnection, grab a USB-C on/off switch cable).

Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 is a compact camera from Raspberry Pi. It offers an IMX708 12-megapixel sensor with HDR, and features phase detection autofocus. Camera Module 3 is available in standard and wide-angle variants, both of which are available with or without an infrared cut filter.

Camera Module 3 can be used to take full HD video as well as stills photographs, and features an HDR mode up to 3 megapixels. Its operation is fully supported by the libcamera library, including Camera Module 3’s rapid autofocus feature: this makes it easy for beginners to use, while offering plenty for advanced users. Camera Module 3 is compatible with all Raspberry Pi computers.

The Raspberry Pi Sense HAT gives your Raspberry Pi an array of sensing capabilities. The on-board sensors allow you to monitor pressure, humidity, temperature, colour, orientation, and movement. The Sense HAT was originally developed for use on the International Space Station, as part of the educational Astro Pi programme run by the Raspberry Pi Foundation in partnership with the European Space Agency.
