    Product Description:

The Training Factory Industry 4.0 9V V.2 is a flexible, and robust training environment designed to explore Industry 4.0 concepts. Ideal for vocational schools, universities, and corporate training, this model replicates the ordering, production, and delivery processes in a digitized and interconnected system.

This modular solution allows users to simulate, learn, and apply digital transformation activities on a small scale before implementing them in large-scale operations, making it an essential tool for education, research, and development.

    Factory Environment:
The model includes several advanced factory modules:

    • High-bay warehouse and storage/retrieval station
    • Vacuum suction gripper and multi-processing station with a kiln
    • Sorting line with color recognition capabilities
    • Integrated environmental sensor for temperature, humidity, air pressure, and air quality monitoring
    • Swiveling camera with vertical and horizontal range for complete factory visibility and remote monitoring

Each workpiece is tracked via NFC, with a unique identification number (ID) enabling traceability throughout the machining process. Real-time updates on workpiece status and factory operations are displayed on the cloud-connected dashboard.

    Control System:
The Training Factory is powered by six fischertechnik TXT 4.0 controllers, operating on a 9V basis. These controllers communicate via a master-slave configuration and an internal bus system. Key features of the TXT 4.0 controller include:

    • Processor: Arm® dual Cortex®-A7 (650 MHz) + Cortex®-M4
    • Memory: 512 MB DDR3 RAM, expandable with a micro SD card
    • Display: 2.4” capacitive color touchscreen (320x240 pixels)
    • Connectivity: Combined Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band WLAN (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz)
    • Outputs: 4 motor outputs (9V/250mA), 3 servo outputs (5V/2A), and additional inputs/outputs for LEDs and sensors
    • Camera Interface: Compatible with USB cameras for enhanced monitoring
    • Programming: Supports graphical programming with ROBO Pro Coding, Python, and other languages via a REST interface

    Software:
Programming for the Training Factory is conducted using ROBO Pro Coding or Python. Users can design their software applications and load them onto the TXT 4.0 controller. The Linux-based open-source operating system allows for extensive customization and integration with existing systems.
