IRISPen Reader 8

The IRISPen Reader 8 combines a reading pen, text scanner and voice recorder in one lightweight, portable device. Designed to support independent reading and study, it allows students to scan lines of printed text and hear them read aloud.

Use the text scanning function to capture and save text for transfer to a computer, or use photo OCR to recognise text from a photograph and convert it into editable text. The voice recording function lets users save spoken notes to listen to later.

The IRISPen Reader 8 operates independently, with no Wi-Fi connection or software download required for its built-in functions. Its LCD touchscreen provides access to the different tools, while the included USB-C earphones offer personal listening in the classroom, at home or on the go.
