Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all labels still attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please include a note outlining the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Malfunctions and Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.

If an item is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Similarly, any shortages, incorrect items, or other errors relating to your order should also be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

However, where an item is confirmed to have been damaged, defective, or malfunctioning upon receipt, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your item for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In the same condition in which you received it.
  • Unused.
  • Returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
