This model simulates the order, production, and delivery processes through digitized steps, with real-time updates displayed on the integrated dashboard. It is fully pre-wired and prepared for PLC connection, enabling seamless integration into various educational and training environments.

Control System:
This version of the Training Factory includes a pre-assembled PLC connection board, ensuring all adapter boards are centrally wired for convenience. It connects to the PLC using two cables and is compatible with various PLC brands (PLC not included). A sample program in Structured Text (ST) is included, developed for Siemens S7-1500 using the TIA Portal V.16, with resources available online for additional customization.
A fischertechnik TXT 4.0 controller is installed, offering MQTT communication with the IoT Gateway. This gateway translates MQTT data into OPC-UA, enabling the PLC to control 9V components such as sensors, cameras, and NFC readers. Additionally, the IoT Gateway supports optional connection to custom cloud environments for maximum flexibility.
Software and Cloud:
The included PLC control program, tailored for Siemens S7-1500, is freely available on the eLearning portal and GitHub. While the system is compatible with various PLC brands, users can adapt the sample program for specific setups.
