Clear Glue is a solution of Polyvinyl alcohol, which is a sticky water soluble polymer. PVA Glue is a mixture of Polyvinyl alcohol and Polyvinyl acetate. Both are great for paper and card but the PVAGlue is generally a stronger, more versatile adhesive.
