We have designed this fixed worktop/storage unit as part of our Makerspace Furniture system to meet the growing demands and requirements of teaching STEAM education. This modular system allows us to provide simple solutions in the form of stand alone units, or more comprehensive solutions in the form of modules that will combine to outfit a complete space.
The SG Makerspace will: Maximise the use of available space.
Provide a safe, easy to manage ,shareable learning and making environment.
Simplify tool and material storage as well as equipment placement.
Allow for growth and development.
This fixed unit is ideal for equipment such as the Flux Laser Beambox Pro or the Cricut Maker 3and is designed to simplify storage of sheet materials with the use of vertical dividers.
The full spec is as follows: 18m film faced plywood with 1door, rim locks and black D-handles.
16mm Paltech recycled worktop (made in Ireland).
3 internal shelves on moveable steel pins.
2 vertical dividers on right hand side to house sheet materials for laser cutting etc.
150mm cover allowing access to 120mm opening for extractor pipe. If an extractor pipe is inserted, then this unit must be the last unit in line.
Black plastic cable outlets to the top and side to tidy cables inside to power supply (available separately)
Black powder coated steel legs.

Shipping & Returns
A standard delivery charge of €6.95 will be applied to the majority of orders under €150. We usually don't charge delivery for orders over €150. Other charges may apply if heavier products (clay, plaster, reams of paper etc) or large equipment (desks, cabinets etc) are ordered, but we will notify you before the invoice is issued and goods are dispatched.
