Product Description:
The Factory Simulation 24V is a professional-grade training and simulation model, ideal for exploring the fundamentals of industrial automation. This self-contained system combines multiple factory modules to replicate a complete material cycle, making it an invaluable tool for vocational training and industrial demonstrations.
The model integrates four key components:
- Sorting Line with Color Detection: For classifying workpieces by color.
- Multi-Processing Station with Oven: Simulates heat-based processing.
- Automated High-Bay Warehouse: Facilitates storage and retrieval of materials.
- Vacuum Gripper Robot: Enables precise handling and movement of workpieces.
The workpieces are transported through the system, starting from retrieval in the Automated High-Bay Warehouse, processing in the Multi-Processing Station, sorting in the Color Detection Line, and returning to storage in the warehouse. This closed-loop process provides a realistic representation of industrial workflows.
Control System:
The model is designed for seamless integration with a 24V PLC control system (not included). It features a circuit board equipped with relays for reversing motor directions. All inputs and outputs can be connected via a 26-pin jack plug or series terminals with push-in connectors, ensuring easy and flexible setup.

Other charges may apply if heavier products (clay, plaster, reams of paper etc) or large equipment (desks, cabinets etc) are ordered, but we will notify you before the invoice is issued and goods are dispatched.
