ELECFREAKS micro:bit Smart Agricultural Kit

The ELECFREAKS micro Smart Agricultural Kit introduces learners to how sensors, programming and connected devices can be used in modern farming.

Students can explore projects such as automatic irrigation, greenhouse temperature and humidity monitoring, artificial lighting for crops and fish pond water level monitoring. ELECFREAKS provides 13 example projects through its online wiki.

The IoT expansion board includes WiFi connectivity and a real-time clock, supporting connected monitoring and timed activities. Learners can program using MakeCode, Python or JavaScript.

The kit gives students a practical way to connect coding with science, investigate environmental conditions and experiment with automated responses.

A micro:bit board is required and sold separately.

A standard delivery charge of €6.95 will be applied to the majority of orders under €150. We usually don't charge delivery for orders over €150.
