Oil-based and washable - Artist quality etching ink for non-toxic printmaking. It does not contain any driers. For faster drying rates, add a small amount of cobalt or manganese driers. Light fast pigments are used in theformulations. This ink is rated 6 or higher on the International Blue Wool Scale.
