The Bee-Bot Programmable Floor Robot provides a simple and hands-on introduction to coding for young learners. With its bright, friendly design and easy-to-use controls, Bee-Bot allows children to explore programming without the need for a computer or tablet.
Pupils program Bee-Bot using the directional buttons on its back, entering a sequence of commands before pressing GO to watch their program in action. Bee-Bot moves forwards and backwards in 15 cm steps and can make 90° left and right turns, making it ideal for use with Bee-Bot floor mats and teacher-created classroom activities.
The latest Bee-Bot model features interaction capabilities, allowing Bee-Bots to recognise and respond to one another. It can also record audio for each command button, enabling children to hear their own recorded sounds as Bee-Bot carries out a sequence.
Bee-Bot can be incorporated into much more than dedicated coding lessons. Teachers can create activities involving number recognition, counting, spelling, phonics, storytelling, geography and topic work, encouraging pupils to plan routes and predict outcomes while reinforcing learning across the curriculum.

Other charges may apply if heavier products (clay, plaster, reams of paper etc) or large equipment (desks, cabinets etc) are ordered, but we will notify you before the invoice is issued and goods are dispatched.
